Who can join? Jewellery designers, manufacturers and gallery owners. Designers do not need a business licence; manufacturers and gallery owners must provide a licence number and image.

Why do I not see a panel after signing up? Because a new account has no role yet. An administrator reviews the documents and your panel opens once you are approved.

How long until designers see my order? A new order goes to the administrator first; once approved it is sent to verified designers by SMS and appears on the open-orders board.

What if I set the budget to negotiable? The order still works, but club proposals are switched off for it because there is no price ceiling to check against.

How do I choose between proposals? Your customer panel shows a comparison table with lowest price and fastest delivery tags, plus each designer level and rating.

Do I receive the design file from the site? No. Only images are published here. Delivery and production happen outside the site using the unique code of that design.

Do you have online payment? No. Payment is made between the two parties, except in secure collaboration where the money is held by us until your full approval, for a ten percent guarantee fee.
