Privacy Policy

At registration: full name, national ID, mobile number, and for manufacturers and gallery owners a business licence number and image. Optionally in your profile: display name, shop name, city, address, profile picture, biography and social links.

While using the site: the details of the orders you place, the proposals you submit, the messages inside an order and the ratings you leave. Page-view statistics are also collected for general site reporting.

Verified designers see your name, your city and the technical details of an order on the open-orders board. They do not see your national ID, your business licence, your mobile number or your address.

National ID, licence image and mobile number are visible only to the administrator. Order messages are visible only to the two parties on the order and to the administrator.

The site sends SMS in a few situations: verification and password-reset codes, a new order reaching designers, a proposal being accepted, delivery being announced, a revision being requested and a settlement being recorded. No marketing SMS is sent.

Non-essential SMS can be switched off from the profile tab of your panel. Security messages such as login codes are always sent.

An Iranian SMS provider is used for messaging and the Shahkar service is used to match a national ID with a mobile number. Profile pictures are generated and stored on this server and are not sent to any external service.
