Terms of Service

Membership of 3dwax is for people working in the gold and jewellery trade: jewellery designers, manufacturers and gallery owners. An account becomes active after documents are reviewed, and each role determines what that account can do.

By registering you confirm that the information you give is correct and that the documents belong to you. Opening an account with someone else documents is a violation and leads to removal of the account.

Any image you upload as a portfolio item or a ready design must be your own work or work you have permission to publish. Uploading someone else work as your own leads, after a report, to removal of the item and, if repeated, removal of the account.

By uploading an image you allow that image, watermarked, to be shown in the showcase, on your profile and on related pages. Ownership of the work remains yours.

A proposal you submit on an order is a commitment: the price and the number of days must be realistic. After a proposal is accepted, changing the price unilaterally is not acceptable.

By default payment happens outside the site between the two parties, unless secure collaboration has been chosen. The site has no online payment gateway.

If you have submitted a club proposal, direct collaboration is not available for that order. Going around the site after a club proposal is a violation.

The administrator may remove an item or suspend an account following an abuse report or behaviour contrary to these terms. The decision and the reason are sent to the account holder by SMS.

These terms may be updated over time. The date of the latest update appears at the foot of this page.
